Spring Training Coming Up!

We’re conducting our annual spring training on March 25th starting around 12:30 pm. We anticipate as many as 40 people, including those from Vancouver Lake and our guest speakers. Those wanting to volunteer, or just interested in the LWC’s mission are welcome to stop by.

Due to cold weather, rain, and lower water temperatures, Phytoplankton monitoring is reduced to 2 times per month. For the past 4 months there have been no target species identified at the 5 sites - good news! We will resume weekly monitoring starting in April.
