Lacamas Watershed Council is run by a Board of Directors dedicated to improving water quality in Clark County’s watersheds.

Our board and executive team is volunteer driven and hands on. We are always interested in building the capacity of our Board — if you are interested in serving on the board as a volunteer, please contact us.

Meet the Board

  • Ty Cobb

    President

    Ty Cobb is a technology sales executive at Zones, combining strategic partnerships with a passion for keeping PNW lakes clean and healthy for families to enjoy.

  • Terris Becker

    Vice President & Secretary

    Terris Becker is professional data analyst with a background in math and statistics. He manages technology and data sharing programs for Lacamas Watershed Council, blending technical expertise with a passion for restoring ecosystems.

  • Judit Lorincz

    Founder

    Judit Lorincz is a founding member, former President, and current Bound Member of the Lacamas Watershed Council. Inspired by her personal experience with a toxic algal bloom, she passionately advocates for watershed health.

  • Vicky Wessling

    PMN Field Coordinator

    Vicky Wessling has been with us since 2022 and is now the Field Coordinator for our five volunteer sampling teams. She comes to us with 40 years of experience with the US Forestry Service and a background in biology and emergency medical services.

  • Rodger Hague

    Science Advisor

  • Ellen Torres

    Vancouver Lake Representative

    Ellen Torres has been a member since 2025. She is the field coordinator for the Vancouver Lake water sample teams. She is now retired after contributing in the medical field for over 40 years.

  • Greg Cox

    Board Member

    Greg Cox is a retired U.S. Forest Service leader with over 40 years of experience in conservation, forest management, and habitat restoration.

  • Paul Whitacre

    Board Member

    Paul Whitacre has a background in nuclear, conventional, and renewable power generation. He currently serves as a Certified Advanced Faculty member at University of Phoenix Online and a consultant to energy and power generation industries.
